Monitor Positioning
A common mistake people make is to have their monitor positioned on their lap (in the case of a laptop) or above eye level (in the case of a monitor). The top of the monitor should be at eye level, and this will ensure you don't have neck problems allowing you to achieve optimum comfort and ultimately optimum typing speed.
Keyboard Positioning
Your wrists and your elbows should be on an even plane, while your upper arms should be at a 90-degree angle.
